摘要
本文介绍了电梯限速器的工作原理,相关研究以及现行校验中常用的限速器钢丝绳脱槽方式,同时指出了现有限速器校验过程中存在损伤限速器钢丝绳的问题,基于此,提出了一种可有效解决该问题的限速器钢丝绳分离装置,并对该装置的整体结构进行了分析。该装置可以有效提高电梯限速器校验效率,供相关人员参考借鉴。
This article introduces the working principle of elevator speed governors,related research,and the commonly used method of removing the speed governor wire rope in current verification.At the same time,it points out the problem of damaging the speed governor wire rope during the current verification process.Based on this,a speed governor wire rope separation device that can effectively solve this problem is proposed,and the overall structure of the device is analyzed.This device can effectively improve the efficiency of elevator speed governor verification and is provided as a reference for relevant personnel.
