摘要
英国撒切尔主义是新自由主义霸权的起源,也是右翼民粹主义策略成功的典范。尚塔尔·墨菲认为,要打破新自由主义的霸权,左翼应该要勇敢地介入并引导民粹主义政治,把它引向激进民主方向。如何实现这一目标,她要求人们认真仔细地研究新自由主义霸权化的条件和策略。分析和讨论墨菲对撒切尔主义的批判具有双重意义。一方面,作为新自由主义意识形态的典型形式,对撒切尔主义的批判是左翼的重要任务,另一方面,“以人民的名义”打造资本寡头的统治合法性,撒切尔主义的右翼民粹主义策略取得了巨大成功。要重新激活左翼激进传统,重建激进民主政治霸权,左翼需要吸收撒切尔主义的成功经验,借鉴民粹主义话语的合理内核。
Thatcherism is the origin of Neoliberalism hegemony and a model of right-wing populist strategy.Chantal Mouffe believes that,to break the hegemony of Neoliberalism,the left should bravely to lead populist politics to the direction of radical democracy.She called to carefully study the conditions and Strategies of Neo liberalism hegemony.Analyzing and discussing Mouffe's criticism of Thatcherism has dual significance.Thatcherism has achieved great success in building the legitimacy of dominance of capital"in the name of the people".To reactivate the left-wing radical tradition and rebuild the radical democratic politics,the left needs to absorb the successful experience of Thatcherism and learn from the reasonable elements of populist discourse.
