摘要
为帮助高职家庭经济困难学生提高学习自我效能感设计专项团体辅导方案。方案设计主要针对高职家庭经济困难学生学习自我效能现状,基于班杜拉相关理论及中外学者相关研究成果,整合学习科学、学习心理学等理论和技术,遵循学习策略主动性、有效性、过程性特征。其内容体系建构注重学生对学习自我效能的自我反思评判、学习策略技巧训练以及学习技巧应用中所需的资源管理。实施过程注重前期准备、工作过程的不断正强化以及结束阶段的正向引领,努力激活学生的学习内在动机。经实践,验证了该方案具有一定的科学性和实效性,能有效促进学生学习自我效能感的提高,为高职院校落实精准“扶智”探索了新路径。
In order to help the poor students in higher vocational colleges improve their sense of self-efficacy,a group-counseling program is designed.According to the current situation of learning self-efficacy of poor students,the scheme design bases on Bandura's theories and relevant research results of Chinese and foreign scholars,integrates theories and techniques of learning science and learning psychology,and follows the initiative,effectiveness and procedural characteristics of learning strategies.The construction of its content system focuses on students'self-reflection evaluation of learning self-efficacy,learning strategies and skills training,and resource management in the application of learning skills.The implementation process pays attention to the preparation,the continuous positive reinforcement of the work process and the positive guidance of the end stage,and tries to activate the intrinsic motivation of the members.The practice proves that the scheme is scientific and effective,which can effectively promote the improvement of students'self-efficacy in learning and explore a new way for higher vocational colleges to implement accurate"intelligence support".
