分析精细化手术室干预应用在微创PFNA治疗老年转子间骨折中的价值

To Analyze the Value of Fine Surgical Intervention in the Treatment of Elderly Intertrochanteric Fractures with Minimally Invasive PFNA

目的探究应用微创PFNA治疗老年转子间骨折手术室护理中的要点。方法依据分组对照的原则来进行设计研究,对象为在我院接受治疗的62例老年转子间骨折患者,研究起始时间为2020年1月,终止时间为2021年10月,组别设置为观察组和对照组,每组31例患者,对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予手术室精细化护理。分析对比两组护理满意度、手术相关指标以及并发症情况。结果对比临床护理满意度:观察组对比对照组护理满意度偏高,P<0.05;对比手术相关指标情况:观察组对比对照组手术相关指标较优,P<0.05;对比并发症情况:观察组对比对照组并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。结论微创PFNA治疗老年转子间骨折的手术室护理中有较好的配合度可以有效保证治疗的效果,提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,缩短手术操作时间,降低并发症的发生概率。

Objective To explore the key points of nursing care in operating room of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated with minimally invasive PFNA.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study according to the principle of group control.The study started in January 2020 and ended in October 2021.Groups were set as observation group and control group,31 patients in each group,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given fine care in the operating room.Nursing satisfaction,surgery-related indicators and complications were analyzed and compared in the two groups.Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group is better than the control group,P<0.05;the surgery-related indicators of the observation group is also better than the control group,P<0.05;and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion There is a good cooperation degree in the operating room nursing of the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated with minimally invasive PFNA,which can ensure the effect of treatment,improve the satisfaction of the patients and their family members to the nursing work,shorten the time of operation,and reduce the probability of complications.
