摘要
变压器铁心制造过程中,首先通过纵剪线将原材料硅钢卷料剪切成很多硅钢料卷,之后将这些料卷按需给后续工艺横剪线上料。现大多数采用人工吊装的方式进行作业,费时又费力。本文给出一种横剪线自动上料系统及其自动化应用,可实现高效快捷的上料,对智能化车间铁心制造有很大的实际意义。
In the manufacturing process of transformer core,the raw material silicon steel coils are first cut into many silicon steel coils through the longitudinal shear line,and then these coils are fed to the subsequent process transverse shear line as required.At present,most of the operations are carried out by manual hoisting,which is time-consuming and laborious.This paper presents an automatic feeding system for cross cutting line and its automatic application,which can realize efficient feeding and has great practical significance for intelligent workshop core manufacturing.
