核电厂辅助变压器分闸异响分析与对策

摘要 本文作者介绍了某核电厂辅助变压器分闸过程中出现异响,利用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了辅助变压器运行系统仿真模型并进行了仿真,结合实测电压、电流、超声信号及仿真结果,提出了低压侧增加电抗器进行补偿的方法。通过再验证试验,验证了增加电抗器可消除变压器分闸脉冲电流、平顶电压及异响,有效保证了变压器安全稳定运行。 This paper introduces the abnormal noise in the opening process of the auxiliary transformer in a nuclear power plant.Using PSCAD/EMTDC,a simulation model of the auxiliary transformer operation system is built and simulated.Combining the measured voltage,current,ultrasonic signals and simulation results,a method of adding reactors to the low-voltage side for compensation is proposed.Through the reverification test,it is verified that adding reactor can eliminate the pulse current,flat top voltage and abnormal noise of transformer opening,and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of transformer.
