Research on the application of PDCA in the quality control management of nuclear magnetic resonance instruments in our hospital

摘要 目的探讨PDCA理论在磁共振影像设备管理过程中的应用。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月医院质控过程中的三台核磁共振仪作为研究对象。2021年1月—2022年1月未实施PDCA实施前时间,2022年1月—2023年1月实施PDCA期间,对比实施前后核磁共振仪的质控管理效果。结果实施PDCA后的故障次数(降低20.5%)和停机时间明显缩短(降低20.7%)。结论PDCA是一种有效的管理持续改进手段,四个重要步骤紧密相连,医疗设备的质控管理水平明显提高,促进医院高质量发展。 Objective To explore the application of PDCA theory in magnetic resonance imaging equipment.Methods Three nuclear magnetic resonance machines used in the hospital quality control process from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From January 2021 to January 2022 is the pre implementation period for PDCA,and from January 2022 to January 2023 is the implementation period for PDCA.Compare the quality control management effects of nuclear magnetic resonance instruments before and after implementation.Results After implementing PDCA,the number of failures(decreased by 20.5%)and downtime were significantly reduced(decreased by 20.7%).Conclusion PDCA is an effective means of continuous improvement in management,with four important steps closely connected.The quality control management level of medical equipment has significantly improved,promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
