一种可同步模拟人体生命体征参数的功能装置的研究

摘要 院前急救对于遭受意外伤害事件的人或者突发急性病的患者来说,是急诊医疗环节之一,关系到患者的生命健康。对于急救医护人员,如何扎实掌握CPR急救操作技术和护理技能,熟练掌握急救设备的操作使用规范,是迫切需要解决的问题。本课题以STM32单片机为核心,研制开发一种可同步模拟人体生命体征参数的功能装置。实验及实际应用表明:该功能装置运行可靠,操作方便,可以模拟真实的医护场景,使医护人员熟练掌握急救过程中的电击除颤操作规范,有效解决医护急救技能训练中因缺少训练道具所带来的不便,具有很好的推广价值。 Pre-hospital first aid is crucial for patients with sudden illnesses or accidental injuries,and even relates to the continuation of their lives.For emergency medical personnel,it is an urgent problem to master CPR emergency operation technology and nursing skills,and proficiently master the operation and use standards of emergency equipment.This project takes the STM32 microcontroller as the core to develop a functional device that can synchronously simulate human vital sign parameters.Experiments and practical applications have shown that this functional device is reliable in operation,easy to operate,and can simulate real medical scenarios,enabling medical personnel to proficiently master the operation standards of electric shock defibrillation during the emergency treatment process,effectively solving the inconvenience caused by the lack of training props in medical emergency skills training,and has good promotion value.
