摘要
本文介绍了一种C.I.活性橙13的合成新工艺。分析了工艺中各步反应条件的关键点和影响因素对染料纯度、色光、强度、溶解度及其它各项应用性能的影响。合成的染料纯度达90%以上,合成工艺绿色环保,染料强度、固色率、提升力、溶解度等性能较原C.I.活性橙13均有所提高。
A new process for C.I.Reactive Orange 13 was introduced.The key points and influencing factors of the reaction conditions in each step of the process on the purity,shade,strength,solubility,and other application properties of the dye were analyzed.The purity of the synthesized dye reaches over 90%,and the synthesis process is green and environmentally friendly.The strength,fixation rate,lifting power,solubility,and other properties of the dye are improved compared to the commercial dyes.
