钢制储罐内壁环氧配套涂层的研究

Research on Epoxy Matching Coating for Inner Wall of Steel Storage Tank

摘要 分别研究了底漆固化剂以及面漆颜填料复配情况,结果发现底漆采用改性曼尼希碱固化剂,面漆选用白云母进行搭层,复配钛白、沉淀硫酸钡、硅微粉更好的满足了配套涂层的使用需求。本配套体系综合性能优异,各项指标均可满足SY/T0319-2012《钢制储罐液体涂料内防腐层技术标准》的要求,涂料高固低粘,可以配合多种施工方式,具有广阔的发展前景。 The primer curing agent and the pigment and fllr composition of the topcoat were studied respectively.The resul showed the primer used a modified Mannich base curing agent,the topcoat layered with muscovite,and the compound of titanium dioxide,preeipitated barium sulfate,and silicon micropowder,could better met the needs of supporting coatings.The supporting system has excellent comprehensive performance,and all indicators could met the requirements of SY/T 0319-2012 Technical Standard for Intermal Corrosion Protection Layer of Liquid Coatings for Steel Storage Tanks,The coating with high solid and low viscosity,could be used in various construction methods,and it has broad development prospects.
