摘要
本文采用Agilent HP-5毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器进行分析,建立了以气相色谱法测定对氟苯甲腈含量的分析方法。结果表明,对氟苯甲腈在0.05~2.0 mg/mL范围内线性较好(R^(2)=0.999 1),精密度RSD为0.75%,回收率在98.0%~104.0%之间。本法操作简单,特异性强,结果准确,稳定性好,适用于对氟苯甲腈的含量测定。
Using Agilent HP-5 capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector for analysis,a method for determination of p-fluorobenzonitrile by gas chromatography was established.The results indicated that this method had a good linear relation(R^(2)=0.9991)in a concentration range from 0.05-2.0 mg/mL with an average RSD of 0.75%and a recovery rate from 98.0%~104.0%.This method is simple,highly specife,accurate and good stability,thus can be used for the determination p-luorobenzonitrile.
