科技霸权主义:基于产权滥用的范畴界分与思想诊治

对科技霸权主义的批判在于深描其“理性狡诈”:打压竞争者以谋取国家利益之行为却被冠以保护正当权益的合法性旗号。因而本文不得不在知识产权法规、科技的全球政治学等非传统哲学领域去“寻找”科技霸权主义的来龙去脉和运作机理。科技霸权主义的思想实质在于滥用知识产权保护,其认识论依据源自它破坏了知识的公有性与私利性、知识共享与意识形态纠偏、科技的民族性与全球性等范畴之间的辩证关系。当然,“批判的武器”不能代替“武器的批判”,对科技霸权主义最有力的批判是坚决实施科技自强自立的创新驱动发展战略。
