不同猫用处方罐对尿结石相关风险因子的影响

摘要 为了研究猫用K/D处方罐和C/D处方罐对猫形成尿结石相关风险因子的影响,选取健康成年猫30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,预试期7 d,正试期56 d。试验期间试验组分别饲喂K/D处方罐(K/D组)和C/D处方罐(C/D组),对照组饲喂成年猫普通全价干粮。在试验第0天(当天)、第28天和第56天分别采集猫的尿液和血液样本,进行尿液各项指标和部分血液生理指标的检测。结果:各组尿沉渣检查无显著差异(P>0.05),K/D、C/D处方罐能够满足机体正常能量需求和电解质代谢平衡,并对机体血液指标、肝肾功能等无不良影响;K/D组和C/D组的尿液量有增加;K/D组的尿液pH值显著升高(P<0.05),尿液中尿酸、胱氨酸浓度显著下降(P<0.05);C/D组的尿液pH值维持在生理范围内的较低水平,尿液中草酸根、钙离子和镁离子浓度显著下降(P<0.05),铵离子显著升高(P<0.05),镁离子无显著变化(P>0.05)。血液生理指标中,各组的部分指标虽有显著差异(P<0.05),但各项指标均处于正常范围内。研究表明K/D处方罐对预防猫尿酸盐结石、胱氨酸结石有积极作用,C/D处方罐对预防猫草酸钙结石和磷酸盐结石有一定的效果。 In order to study the effects of K/D prescription cans and C/D prescription cans on the risk factors related to the formation of urinary calculus in feline,30 healthy adult experimental cats were obtained and randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group,and one cat for each replicate.The pre-trial was 7 days,and the formal period was 56 days.During the trial,the experimental groups were fed with K/D prescription cans(the K/D group)and C/D prescription cans(the C/D group),and the control group was fed with ordinary full price dry food for adult cats.Urine and blood samples were collected from the cats on day 0,day 28 and day 56 of the trial,and different items and indicators of urine and blood were tested.The results were as follows:There was not significant difference in uric sediment between the groups(P>0.05).The K/D and C/D prescription cans met the normal energy demand and electrolyte metabolism balance of the body,and had no adverse effects on the blood indexes,liver and kidney functions of the cats.The urine volume of the K/D and C/D groups increased.The urine pH of the K/D group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the concentration of uric acid and cystine in urine of the group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The urine pH of the C/D group was maintained at a low level within the physiological range.The concentrations of oxalate,calcium and magnesium ions in urine of the group decreased significantly(P<0.05),its ammonium ions increased significantly(P<0.05),but its magnesium ions did not change significantly(P>0.05).Among the blood physiological markers,some indexes between each group had significant differences(P<0.05),but all markers were within the normal range.Therefore,the K/D prescription can had a positive effect on the prevention of uric acid stone and cystine stone in feline,and the C/D prescription can had a certain effect on the prevention of calcium oxalate stone and phosphate stone in feline.
