在困境中点起希望的心灯——中小学生心理韧性的提升迫在眉睫

摘要 中小学生的心理健康问题备受关注,需要重新审视青少年的心理需要,来自家庭、学校、社会的过高期待以及单一的评价体系都可能给青少年带来不同于以往的压力。教育工作者应该反思和更新教育理念与方法,从正确认识和接纳挫折、合理归因积极解决问题、因材施教个性化引导、树立目标给予希望和动力几方面,通过校家社合力的途径帮助青少年提升心理韧性,绽放生命光彩。
