气相色谱-质谱法测定植物性乳制品中植醇对映异构体含量

Determination of Phytol Enantiomers in Plant-Based Dairy Products by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 运用气相色谱-质谱法,建立植物性乳制品中植醇对映异构体含量的测定方法。通过优化前处理,同时考察方法的线性关系、精密度、加标回收率、检出限及定量限等指标,外标法定量。结果表明:该方法在0.0~1.0μg/mL范围内线性良好(r>0.999),E构型植醇与Z构型植醇检出限分别为0.03、0.04 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.09、0.10mg/kg,加标回收率分别为78.6%~93.5%、79.5%~94.7%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,能满足植物性乳制品中植醇对映异构体含量的测定。 A method for the determination of phytol enantiomers in plant-based dairy products was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The pretreatment process was optimized,and the figures of merit of the proposed method such as linear relationship,precision,spiked recovery,limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantitation(LOQ)were investigated.Results showed that in the concentration range of 0.0–1.0μg/mL,the linearity of the method was good(r>0.999).The LODs of E-and Z-phytanol were 0.03 and 0.04 mg/kg,respectively,and the respective LOQs were 0.09 and 0.10 mg/kg.The recoveries of E-and Z-phytanol in spiked samples were 78.6%–93.5%and 79.5%–94.7%,respectively with relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 10%.This method is sensitive,accurate and repeatable,and can be used for the determination of phytol enantiomers in plant-based dairy products.
