外贴CFRP板对胶合木柱轴压性能的影响

摘要 为解决胶合木柱在轴心受压状态下易出现脆性破坏的问题,同时提高胶合木柱承载力,设计并研究碳纤维增强复合板CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics Board)板布置方式和配置率对胶合木柱轴心受压性能的影响。对15根胶合木方柱进行轴压性能试验,分析试件柱破坏形态、极限承载力、荷载-纵向位移曲线、延性系数和柱中荷载-应变曲线等。研究结果表明,外贴CFRP板增强法可提高试件极限承载力与刚度,增强柱承载力提高幅度为4.31%~18.77%,在CFRP板布置方式相同的情况下,平均极限承载力随着CFRP板配置率的增加而提高;在CFRP板配置率相同的情况下,承载力提高幅度分散布置略大于集中布置;增强柱延性系数提高幅度为11.23%~27.59%,延性系数随CFRP板配置率的增加而增大,集中布置提升效果优于分散布置。樟子松胶合木与CFRP板具有良好的协同作用,可以达到共同工作的效果。 To solve the problem of brittle damage of glulam columns under axial compression,and to improve the bearing capacity of glulam columns,the effect of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics Board(CFRP)board layout and disposition ratio on the axial compression performance of glulam columns was designed and studied.The axial compression performance of 15 square glulam columns was tested,the failure form,ultimate bearing capacity,load-longitudinal displacement curve,ductility coefficient,load-strain curve and so on were analyzed.The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimens can be improved by the CFRP board strengthening method,and the bearing capacity of the strengthened columns can be increased by 4.31%-18.77%,the average ultimate bearing capacity increased with the increase of the CFRP board configuration ratio.Under the same configuration rate of the CFRP boards,the increase of the bearing capacity was slightly larger in the distributed arrangement than in the centralized arrangement.The increase range of ductility coefficient was 11.23%-27.59%.The ductility coefficient increased with the increase of CFRP board ratio.The improvement effect of centralized arrangement was better than dispersed arrangement.The glulam column of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica and the CFRP board had a good synergistic effect and can work together.
