摘要
基于医改背景,系统梳理了我国医疗机构供应链管理的发展沿革,将其划分为三个阶段——医疗机构主导型阶段、合作型阶段、第三方主导型阶段,分别从物流、资金流、信息流三方面剖析各阶段的管理模式特点,重点分析SPD模式的问题与完善方向,为医疗机构和医疗供应链行业的高质量发展提供参考。
Based on the medical reform,this article systematically arranges the development of the supply chain management of medical institutions in China,and divides it into three stages including the medical institution led stage,the cooperative stage,and the third party led stage.The article analyzes the management mode characteristics of each stage from three aspects of logistics,capital flow and information flow,focusing on the problems and improvement directions of the SPD model,and provides reference for the high-quality development of medical institutions and tmedical supply chain industry.
