摘要 中国式现代化是中国人民历经百年艰难探索提出的新时代国家命题,指向中国社会各领域全方位的现代化。中国式教育现代化是中国式现代化的关键组成部分,它以高质量教师队伍为根本依靠。高质量教师教育作为高质量教师队伍的重要来源,事关中国式教育现代化的推进步伐。教师教育改革要抓住中国式教育现代化的重要契机,从整体性建设面向基础教育、职业教育、高等教育的高质量教师教育体系出发,系统谋划中国式教师教育现代化,进而强力支撑中国式教育现代化。高质量教师教育体系建设不能停留在理论思辨,而应以高质量教师教育体系标准为抓手,在充分挖掘高质量教师教育体系内涵的同时,发挥标准的监督导向作用,以指引和倒逼高质量教师教育体系建设实践。 Chinese path to modernization is a new-era proposition put forward by the Chinese people after a hundred years of hard exploration,which points to the all-around modernization of all fields of Chinese society.As a key component of the Chinese path to modernization,the Chinese-style modernization of education relies on high-quality teachers.High-quality teacher education is an important source of high-quality teachers,which is related to the pace of the Chinese-style modernization of education.The development of teacher education should seize the important opportunity of the Chinese-style modernization of education,systematically plan the modernization of Chinese-style teacher education from the holistic construction of a high-quality teacher education system oriented to basic education,vocational education and higher education,and then strongly support the Chinese-style modernization of education.The so-called construction of a high-quality teacher education system is not mere theoretical speculation but should take the standard of a high-quality teacher education system as the starting point.While fully tapping the connotation of a high-quality teacher education system,standard supervision and guidance should be given full play so as to guide and incentivize the construction practice of a high-quality teacher education system.
