摘要
文章基于粮食主产区山东省5个地区482户粮农的调研数据,采用PSM倾向性匹配得分法、中介效应和调节效应模型,实证分析了生产托管对粮农绿色生产技术采纳程度的影响,并进一步探讨了绿色认知的中介作用和邻里效应在影响机制中的调节作用。研究发现:生产托管的购买不仅可以直接提升粮农的绿色生产技术采纳程度,而且可以通过提升粮农的绿色认知水平从而间接推动粮农的绿色生产技术采纳。在绿色认知对粮农绿色生产技术采纳程度的影响机制中,邻里效应具有正向的调节作用。同时,生产托管对不同禀赋粮农的绿色生产技术采纳程度具有差异性,相较于小规模和年长粮农,生产托管服务对大规模和年轻粮农的绿色技术采纳程度正向影响效果更强。因此,应不断加强对农业生产托管的支持力度,同时加大托管宣传力度,以促进粮农的绿色生产行为。
Based on the survey data of 482 farmers in five regions of Shandong Province,the main grain producing region,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of production trusteeship on the adoption of green production technology of farmers by using PSM propensity matching score method,mesomeric effect and moderating effect model,and further discusses the mediating role of green cognition and the moderating role of neighborhood effect in the impact mechanism.Research has found that the purchase of production trusteeship can not only directly enhance the farmers' adoption of green production technologies,but also indirectly promote farmers' adoption of green production technologies by enhancing their green awareness level.In the mechanism of the impact of green cognition on the adoption of green production technologies in food and agriculture,the neighborhood effect has a positive moderating effect.At the same time,there are differences in the adoption of green production technologies by farmers with different endowments in production trusteeship services.Compared to small-scale and elderly farmers,production trusteeship services have a stronger positive impact on the adoption of green technologies by large-scale and young farmers.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously strengthen support for agricultural production trusteeship and increase the publicity of trusteeship to promote the green production behavior of food and agriculture.
