“十四五”时期省级政府生态环境保护政策研究——基于24个省市政策文本的NVivo分析

以“十四五”时期24个省市的环境保护政策为研究对象,借助NVivo质性软件对政策文本进行分析。研究发现,“十四五”期间生态环境保护工作仍存在对城市生态环境的重视不足、各省市之间的合作略显匮乏以及民众参与度较低等问题。提出今后的环境保护工作中应当增强城市生态环境的重视度,加强各省市之间的合作度,提高民众在生态保护中的参与度。

Taking the environmental protection policies of 24 provinces and cities during the 14th five-year plan period as the research object,the policies text was analyzed with the help of NVivo qualitative software.The research found that during the 14th five-year plan period,the ecological environment protection work still had problems such as insufficient attention to the urban ecological environment,slight lack of cooperation between provinces and cities,and low participation of the people.Therefore,the attention to the urban ecological environment should be strengthened in the follow-up environmental protection work,Strengthen cooperation among provinces and cities,and improve people's participation in ecological protection.
