多功能性聚苯并噁嗪树脂及其纳米复合材料研究进展

摘要 简要介绍了聚苯并噁嗪树脂(PBZ)作为新型酚醛型热固性树脂的性能及其应用,并指出了目前存在的不足。对PBZ树脂的合成方法及优缺点进行了概述,并对其开环机理及功能化改性进行了补充。在此基础上,回顾了PBZ复合材料目前国内外共聚、共混两大体系的研究现状,分析了在不同结构和方法下PBZ的性能。针对PBZ基纳米复合材料,分为碳基纳米材料和非碳基纳米材料两类,并对其作了较为详尽的综述。最后对PBZ树脂及其复合材料的发展前景与应用前景作了展望。 The properties of polybenzoxazine resin(PBZ)as a new phenolic-type thermosetting resin and its applications were briefly described and the current deficiencies were pointed out.Subsequently,the synthesis methods and advantages and disadvantages of PBZ resins were outlined,and their ring-opening mechanisms and functionalized modifications were supplemented.On this basis,the current research status of PBZ composites in two major systems,copolymerization and blending,at home and abroad was reviewed,and the effects on PBZ properties under different structures and methods were analyzed.For PBZ-based nanocomposites,they are divided into two categories:carbon-based nanomaterials and non-carbon-based nanomaterials,and a more detailed review was given.Finally,the prospects for the development and application of PBZ resins and their composites were presented.
