协同护理在脑损伤患者院前急救中的应用效果

Application of collaborative care in pre-hospital emergency care for patients with traumatic brain injury

目的 探讨协同护理在脑损伤患者院前急救中的应用效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究选取2020年11月—2021年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一零医院收治的90例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象。将2020年11月—2021年5月收治的患者设为对照组(n=45),2021年6—11月收治的患者设为研究组(n=45)。对照组患者给予常规护理模式干预,研究组患者给予协同护理干预。比较2组患者治疗效果;采用自制的护理满意度调查量表评估2组患者护理满意度。结果 研究组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 协同护理应用于脑损伤患者的院前急救中,可提高抢救效率及患者满意度,有利于患者康复,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the application of collaborative care in pre-hospital emergency care for patients with traumatic brain injury to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods In this study,90 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the 910 Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force of PLA from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research participants.Patients admitted from November 2020 to May 2021 were selected for the control group(n=45),and patients admitted from June to November 2021 for the study group(n=45).Patients in the control group received routine care intervention,while the study group received collaborative care intervention.The treatment outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared;a self-made care satisfaction survey was used to evaluate the care satisfaction of the patients.Results The total response rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative care in pre-hospital emergency care for patients with traumatic brain injury can improve the efficiency of rescue and patient satisfaction and is conducive to patient recovery.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this technique clinically.
