基于IMB模式的康复护理在慢性前列腺炎患者诊疗过程中的应用

Application of the IMB model-based rehabilitation nursing in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis

目的 探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模式的康复护理在慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者诊疗过程中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院诊治的64例CP患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组32例。对照组患者采用综合护理干预,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用基于IMB模式的康复护理干预,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果 2组患者干预前慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分及最大尿流率(Qmax)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后NIH-CPSI评分低于对照组,Qmax高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及生活质量评定量表(QOL)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后SAS、SDS及QOL评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在CP患者的临床诊疗中采用基于IMB模式的康复护理干预,有助于缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing based on the Information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)patients.Methods Sixty-four patients with CP who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly assigned to a study group(n=32)and a control group(n=32).The control group received comprehensive nursing intervention,while the study group received the IMB model-based rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)scores and maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the NIH-CPSI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the Qmax levels were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,No significant difference was observed in the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Quality of Life(QOL)scores between the groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS,and QOL scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the IMB model-based rehabilitation nursing can help alleviate anxiety,improve clinical symptoms,and increase the quality of life in patients with CP.
