高压氧联合灵骨穴深刺治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对患者血液流变学指标的影响

Efficacy of high-pressure oxygen combined with deep needling of Linggu point in treating sudden deafness and its impact on patients'hemorheology

目的 探讨高压氧联合灵骨穴深刺对突发性耳聋(SD)的疗效及对患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法 选取河南省焦作市人民医院2019年12月—2021年12月收治的SD患者99例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=49)。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,给予高压氧联合灵骨穴深刺治疗。比较治疗前后2组患者受损听力平均听阈及血液流变学指标水平,比较治疗后2组患者的就医满意率。结果 治疗前,2组患者受损听力平均听阈比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者受损听力平均听阈均较治疗前有所降低,且观察组低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者血液流变学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者血液流变学指标水平均较治疗前有所降低,且观察组低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的就医满意度为92.0%,明显高于对照组的77.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在西药治疗基础上,高压氧联合灵骨穴深刺治疗SD效果较为理想,可有效降低患者血液黏度,促进患者听力恢复,且患者就医满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the efficacy of high-pressure oxygen combined with deep needling of Linggu point in treating sudden deafness(SD)and its impact on patients'hemorheology.Methods A total of 99 SD patients admitted to Jiaozuo People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study participants.They were randomly assigned to an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=49)using a random number table.Patients in the control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while patients in the observation group were given high-pressure oxygen combined with deep needling of Linggu point treatment on the basis of the control group.The average hearing threshold of the two groups before and after treatment and the level of hemorheology indicators were compared,and the satisfaction rate of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the average hearing threshold of the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the average hearing threshold of the two groups was significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the same period(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the hemorheology indicators between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of hemorheology indicators of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the same period(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group after treatment was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.6%;P<0.05).Conclusion High-pressure oxygen combined with deep needling of Linggu point has satisfactory effects on treating SD on the basis of western medicine treatment.It can effectively reduce patients'blood viscosity and promote their hearing recovery,with a high patient satisfaction rate.These advantages hold promise for a wider application of this procedure clinically.
