新时代教育硕士综合实践能力评价指标体系的构建研究

摘要 全面深化教育硕士人才培养改革,培养一批硕士层次中小学教师和教育领军人才是支撑我国新时代教育事业不断发展的关键。本研究以小学教育专硕综合实践能力培养为出发点和落脚点,依据教师专业标准、教育硕士培养指导意见以及国家相关部委发布的教师培养和发展文件的指示精神,结合边疆基础教育现实,应用Delphi专家咨询法建立了以教学能力、育人能力、发展能力、服务能力和研究能力为一级指标以及14个二级指标和45条三级指标的小学教育专硕综合实践能力评价体系;在此基础上,基于专家意见征询,应用yaahp10.3通过加权平均,计算得出了一级指标、二级指标、三级指标的具体权重值。该评价体系将为小学教育专硕综合实践能力的培养及测评提供依据,也为造就有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的好教师奠基。 The key to supporting the continuous development of China's education in the new era is to comprehensively deepen the reform of cultivating talents of education master,and cultivate a number of master level primary and secondary school teachers and education leaders.This research takes the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability of master of primary education as the starting point and objective.And the research not only combines the reality of border basic education,the professional standards of teachers,the guidance on the cultivation of master of education and the guiding spirit of the documents on teacher cultivation and development issued by relevant national ministries and commissions,but also sets up an evaluation system of the comprehensive practical ability for Master's degree in primary education with teaching ability,education ability,development ability,service ability and research ability,which are the first level indicators,as well as 14 secondary indicators and 45 tertiary indicators by applying Delphi expert consultation method;On this basis,according to expert advice,the specific weight values of the first level indicators,the second level indicators and the third level indicators are calculated by using the weighted average of yaahp 10.3.The evaluation system will provide the basis for the training and evaluation of the comprehensive practical ability of the master of primary education,and also lay the foundation for creating good teachers with ideals,beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and benevolence.
