基于本体几何误差提取方案的自动生成

摘要 几何误差测量需要对零件表面离散点进行提取,提取点的分布方式称为提取方案,其合理性直接影响整个提取过程的质量。针对工程中提取方案的选择过度依赖测量者的经验所引起的不确定性、低效率问题,将本体引入提取方案的自动生成研究中。基于CAD系统中获取的零件测量信息,提出一种基于本体的几何误差提取方案的自动生成方法。根据几何误差提取方案领域知识构建几何误差提取方案本体,采用语义网规则语言定义提取方案的生成规则,基于Jess推理引擎设计出几何误差提取方案自动生成知识库系统,进而设计提取方案的自动生成算法。以某零件为实例验证了该方法的有效性。 Geometric error measurement requires the extraction of discrete points on the surface of the part.The distribution of the extracted points is called the extraction scheme,and its rationality directly affects the quality of the entire extraction process.Aiming at the uncertainty and inefficiency caused by the excessive reliance on the experience of the surveyor in the selection of extraction schemes in engineering,ontology is introduced into the research of automatic generation of extraction schemes.Based on the part measurement information obtained in the CAD system,an automatic generation method of geometric error extraction scheme based on ontology was proposed.The geometric error extraction scheme ontology was constructed based on the domain knowledge of the geometric error extraction scheme,and the semantic Web rule language was used to define the generation rules of the extraction scheme.The geometric error extraction scheme was designed based on the Jess reasoning engine to automatically generate the knowledge base system,and the automatic generation algorithm of the extraction scheme was designed.A part was used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.
