摘要
骨骼肌是维持机体运动能力、调节机体能量代谢的重要器官,其内分泌功能也日益被重视。久坐、衰老、肥胖等因素会引起肌萎缩,继而影响糖脂代谢稳态,引起内分泌失调等相关疾病。抑制Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK信号通路能干预癌变,而激活该通路可控制骨骼肌生成、调节机体糖代谢。通过文献资料调研法分析了Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK信号通路的生理基础以及运动对其影响的可能性,系统阐述了运动调控Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK信号通路改善肌生成和糖代谢的潜在机制。研究认为,运动可通过Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK信号通路促进生肌决定因子的形成和葡萄糖转运蛋白4转位,从而促进骨骼肌再生,改善骨骼肌对葡萄糖的摄取能力。
Skeletal muscle is an important organ for maintaining exercise ability and regulating energy metabolism,and its endocrine function is also increasingly valued.Sedentary,aging,obesity,and other factors can cause muscle atrophy,which in turn affects the homeostasis of glucolipid metabolism and causes endocrine dyscrasia and other related diseases.It has been found that inhibition of the Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK signaling pathway intervenes in carcinogenesis,and activation of this pathway controls skeletal muscle generation and regulates glucose metabolism in the body.Through literature research,this study analyzes the physiological basis of the Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK signaling pathway and the possibility of the effect of exercise on it,systematically elaborates the potential mechanisms of exercise regulation of the Rac1/PAK1/p38 MAPK signaling pathway to improve myogenesis and glucose metabolism.This study concluded that exercise promotes the formation of myogenic determinants and the translocation of glucose transporter type 4 through this pathway,thereby promoting muscle regeneration and improving the glucose-uptake ability of the skeletal muscle.
