体育促进城乡资源双向互动的理论框架与实践思考——基于浙江省金华市“体育+”特色村(居)的案例研究

Theoretical Framework and Practical Thinking of Sports Promoting Two-Way Interaction of Urban and Rural Resources——Based on the Case Study of“Sports+”Villages in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province

城乡资源双向互动是实现城乡平衡发展的基本前提,城市与乡村体育资源的互补性为资源的双向互动提供了可能。以乡村为本位分析城乡资源问题,借助城乡区域要素流动理论以及资源整合理论,构建体育促进城乡资源双向互动的理论框架。以金华市“体育+”特色村(居)为典型案例,对构建的理论架构进行实证与案例分析,研究发现:1)体育助力乡村振兴过程中,调动了以运动项目资源、体育旅游资源、体育文化资源、乡村土地资源为主要内容的乡村资源,以人力资源、资本资源、赛事资源为主要内容的城市资源,两者共同构成了体育助力乡村振兴的资源体系。2)基于压力-状态-响应模型解释的体育促进城市资源回流机理,揭示了体育促进城市资源回流乡村的机制;资源注入乡村后,形成了对城市居民、城市产业以及城市主体方面的回报体系。3)高度互补和匹配的城乡体育资源统筹后,形成了要素、产业、空间层面的融合。体育促进城乡资源互动的理论搭建与实践,对于实现城乡平衡发展具有重要意义。

The two-way interaction between urban and rural resources is the basic premise to realize balanced development of urban and rural areas,and the complementarity of urban and rural sports resources provides the possibility for the two-way interaction of resources.This study analyzes the problems of urban and rural resources from a rural perspective,and constructs a theoretical framework of sports promoting the two-way interaction between urban and rural resources with the help of the theory of urban-rural regional factors flow and the theory of resource integration.Taking“sports+”villages in Jinhua City as typical cases,the study conducted empirical and case analysis on the theoretical framework and found that:1)In the process of sports-assisted rural revitalization,rural resources,mainly based on sports project resources,sports tourism resources,sports culture resources,and rural land resources,and urban resources,mainly based on human resources,capital resources,and event resources,are mobilized,which constitute the resource system of sports-assisted rural revitalization.2)The mechanism of sports promoting urban resource reflux based on the press-state-response model reveals the mechanism of sports promoting urban resource return to the rural areas;the injection of resources into the rural areas forms a reward system for urban residents,urban industries,and urban subjects.3)The integration of highly complementary and matched urban and rural sports resources has formed the integration of factors,industries,and space.The theoretical construction and practice of sports promoting the interaction of urban and rural resources is of great significance for realizing balanced development of urban and rural areas.
