阳极材料对镍铜合金电镀工艺及镀层性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用4种阳极材料在碳钢表面制备了镍铜合金镀层,通过宏观形貌以及电化学工作站、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、三维光学轮廓仪等研究了镀层的厚度、粗糙度、形貌、成分、结构和耐蚀性能等,讨论了阳极材料对镍铜合金电镀工艺及镀层性能的影响。结果表明:蒙乃尔合金阳极制备的镀层综合性能最好,其次为镍阳极和石墨阳极制备的镀层,铜阳极制备的镀层综合性能最差。不同阳极材料制备的镀层厚度大小为:镍阳极>蒙乃尔阳极>石墨阳极>铜阳极;4种阳极材料制备的镀层粗糙度大小为:铜阳极>蒙乃尔阳极>镍阳极>石墨阳极;4种阳极材料制备的镀层耐蚀性能为:蒙乃尔阳极>石墨阳极>镍阳极>铜阳极。 Ni-Cu alloy coatings were prepared on the surface of carbon steel by using four kinds of anode materials.The thickness,roughness,morphology,composition,structure and corrosion resistance of the coatings were studied by means of macromorphology,electrochemical workstation,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and three-dimensional optical profilometer.The results show that the coating prepared by Monel alloy anode has the best comprehensive performance,followed by nickel anode and graphite anode,and the coating prepared by copper anode has the worst comprehensive performance.The thickness of the coating prepared by different anode materials is as follows:nickel anode>Monel anode>graphite anode>copper anode;the roughness of the coating prepared by the four anode materials is as follows:copper anode>Monel anode>nickel anode>graphite anode;the corrosion resistance of the coatings prepared by the four anode materials is Monel anode>graphite anode>nickel anode>copper anode.
