不同浓度的铁、锰含量对小球藻生长的影响

摘要 在相同的光照及温度的条件下,通过交叉试验采用不同浓度的铁、锰含量的培养液培养小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris),分别设置不同的铁、锰含量的浓度梯度,铁为1.1mg/L、2.2mg/L、4.4mg/L,锰为0.11mg/L、0.33mg/L、0.66mg/L,进行3×3的交叉试验,每天用血球计数板对小球藻进行计数,记录实验结果。结果表明:在铁含量为2.2mg/L,锰含量为0.66mg/L时小球藻生长最快。 Under the same light and temperature conditions,Chlorella vulgaris was cultured by crossover experiments using different concentrations of Fe and Mn,and different concentration gradients of Fe and Mn were set at 1.1mg/L,2.2mg/L and 4.4mg/L for Fe and 0.11mg/L,0.33mg/L and 0.66mg/L,a 3×3 crossover test was performed and the results of the experiment were recorded by counting Chlorella vulgaris with a haematocrit plate daily.The results showed that Chlorella vulgaris grew fastest at 2.2mg/L of Fe and 0.66mg/L of Mn.
