饲料蛋白质水平对乌龟生长性能的影响

摘要 为探讨配方饲料中的不同蛋白质水平对乌龟(Mauremys reevesii)生长性能的影响,选用480只幼龟进行随机分组,平均随机分成A组、B组、C组和D组4组。A组、B组、C组和D组分别饲喂蛋白质实测量为22.9%、30.7%、38.8%、46.7%的配方饲料。每个试验小组分3个重复,每个重复40只。试验过程记录幼龟的初始体重、饲料饲喂情况。整个试验为期7周。试验结果显示,A组、B组、C组和D组的试验末均重、相对增重率、摄入饲料重和蛋白质利用率相比,C组的极显著高于A组(P<0.01),显著高于B组和D组(P<0.05);摄入蛋白质质量C组和D组极显著地高于A组(P<0.01),显著高于B组(P<0.05);饲料系数C组的显著低于A组(P<0.01),显著低于B组和D组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,C组饲喂38.8%配方蛋白质水平配方饲料对于幼龟的生长性能的促进效果最优。 In order to investigate the effect of different protein levels in formulated diets on the growth performance of turtles(Mauremys reevesii),480 juvenile turtles were selected and randomly grouped into four groups:group A,group B,group C and group D.Groups A,B,C and D were fed with protein measured at 22.9%,30.7%,38.8%and 46.7%,respectively.formulated feeds.Each test group was divided into 3 replicates of 40 animals each.The initial weight of the hatchlings and the feeding of the diet were recorded during the trial.The entire trial lasted 7 weeks.The results showed that the mean weight at the end of the trial,relative weight gain,feed intake and protein utilisation were significantly higher in Group C(P<0.01)and higher than in Groups B and D(P<0.05);the quality of protein intake was significantly higher in Groups C and D(P<0.01)and higher than in Group B(P<0.05);the feed Coefficients were significantly lower in Group C than in Group A(P<0.01)and significantly lower than in Groups B and D(P<0.05).The results of the study showed that feeding the 38.8%formulated protein level formula to group C was the most effective in promoting the growth performance of juvenile turtles.
