摘要
可移动式充电桩作为一种新型的电动汽车充电设备,在结构及性能上有自身特定的需求。针对可移动式电动汽车充电桩的相关结构设计和性能要求,设计了一种新型可移动充电桩的外形和结构,通过三维建模设计可移动式充电桩的外形和框架,对充电桩框架进行了有限元分析。在进行有限元分析时,考虑了框架的钢型、厚度和内部载荷承载部位影响,同时考虑了不同工况下受到的载荷冲击所造成的影响及受到外界激励发生强迫振动。通过有限元分析后所得到的各工况下最大平均应力、最大变形值和最小固有频率都满足要求,充电桩的重心点垂直线在结构底面范围之内,符合设计要求,满足稳定性要求。研究形成了较为实用的设计方案,为工程实践提供了一种有益的参考方案。
As a new type of electric vehicle charging equipment,mobile charging pile has its own specific requirements in terms of structure and performance.In this paper,for the relevant overall design and performance regulations of the mobile electric vehicle charging pile,the shape and structure of a new type of mobile charging pile are designed.According to the shape and structure of the mobile charging pile in the three-dimensional modeling design scheme,the finite element analysis of the charging pile structure is carried out.In the finite element analysis,the steel shape,thickness of the structure and the damage of the load-bearing position of the internal structure are considered.At the same time,the iMPact caused by the load iMPact under different working conditions and the forced vibration encouraged by the outside world are considered.According to the finite element analysis,the larger mean ground stress,larger deformation value and minimum resonance frequency under various working conditions meet the requirements.The vertical line of the center of gravity of the charging pile is within the range of the bottom edge of the structure,which conforms to the design points and meets the reliability requirements.Scientific research constitutes a more useful design scheme,which provides a useful reference plan for engineering practice.
