摘要
研制了一种密闭隔氧浮动收油装置,介绍了该装置的结构和工作原理。通过对运行情况进行统计发现,安装该浮动收油密闭隔氧装置后,采出水除油罐顶部的平均浮油回收率超过98%,VOC去除率达到93%。
A hermetic oxygen isolation float oil collection device is developed,and the structure and working principle of the device are introduced.Through the statistics of the operation,it is found that after the installation of the hermetic oxygen isolation float oil collection device,the average oil slick recovery rate at the top of the produced-water oil removal tank exceeds 98%,and the VOC removal rate reaches 93%.
