YB58型盒外透明纸包装机的多规格改造

Multi-specification Modification Strategy of YB58 Outer Transparent Paper Packaging Machine

为实现不同规格异型卷烟盒外透明纸的机械化包装,对YB58型盒外透明纸包装机进行了改造。梳理设备的工艺流程,明确设备改造的方向;按竖直方向和水平方向对设备需改造的部位进行分析,得出需要改造的部件共11个,给出改造策略;以泰山(金中支)为例,对设备的传动齿轮、输送通道等关键部位进行了具体改造;设计试验,采用人工和机械化两种方式对泰山(金中支)进行盒外透明纸包装,结果表明:采用机械化包装生产效率提高70%以上,为不同牌号异型卷烟盒外透明纸的机械化包装提供了理论依据,有效提高了异型卷烟的生产效率,保证了包装质量。

In order to realize the mechanized packaging of transparent paper outside the multi-specification heterotypic cigarette,the YB58 outer transparent paper packaging machine is modified.The process flow of equipment is introduced,the direction of equipment transformation is analyzed.According to the vertical and horizontal directions,there are 13 parts required to be transformed,the transformation strategy is given.Taking Taishan(Jinzhongzhi)as instance,the key parts such as transmission gear,conveying channel and folder of the equipment are modified.In an design experiment,Taishan(Jinzhongzhi)is packed with transparent paper by manual and mechanized methods respectively.The results show that the production efficiency of mechanized packaging is increased by more than 70%.Through the transformation,the mechanized packaging of the transparent paper outside the heterotypic cigarette is realized,which effectively improves the production efficiency of the heterotypic cigarettes and ensured the packaging quality.
