摘要
飞机装配中工艺流程复杂,涉及的工具品类繁多、规格参数差异大,给工具管理和选用策划带来极大挑战。通过对涉及的飞机装配工具应用场景研究,开展工具属性研究和参数结构化研究,系统地整理涉及工具应用的相关知识并形成智能选用匹配规则,开发了工具管理平台。经过实际使用验证,该平台可实现预期的工具智能选用。
The process flow in aircraft assembly is complex,involving a wide range of tools and large differences in tool specifications,which brings great challenges to tool management and selection planning.Through the study of the application scenarios of the aircraft assembly tools involved,the tool attribute research and parameter structure research are carried out,the relevant knowledge involving the application of the tool is sorted out systematically,and the intelligent selection matching rules are formed,and the tool management platform is developed.After more than a year of application,the expected intelligent selection of tools has been realized.
