摘要
从数控车床零件的加工流程入手,通过实例开展加工零件图样分析、制定加工工艺、确定切削参数和程序编制技巧的研究,重点探析刀具磨耗补偿设置,从而保证其加工零件的尺寸精度。
The machining process of CNC lathe parts is introduced.Based on an example,this paper studies the pattern analysis of machined parts,the formulation of the machining process,the determination of the cutting parameters and the programming skills.The tool wear compensation settings are analyzed to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the machined parts.
