某型号440C阀套加工工艺研究

摘要 某阀套材料为440C不锈钢,该材料首次被用于国内起落架零部件设计中,缺乏材料相应的加工经验和工艺参数。为掌握440C不锈钢冷加工性能,制取了一组(3件)440C不锈钢工艺试验件。通过对工艺试验件的试加工,确定了440C高强度不锈钢切削的刀具材质、切削参数及冷却液种类。针对阀套5.59 mm环形槽加工,通过车削与磨削工艺对比试验分析得知,当采用CBN刀片车削环形槽时,表面粗糙度可达Ra1.6μm,且效率比磨削更高。 A valve sleeve material is 440C stainless steel,which is used for the first time in the design of domestic landing gear parts,and lacks the corresponding processing experience and process parameters of the material.In order to master the cold working performance of 440C stainless steel,a group(3 pieces)of 440C stainless steel process test pieces are prepared.Through the trial machining of the process test pieces,the tool material,cutting data and coolant type of 440C high-strength stainless steel cutting are determined.The 5.59 mm annular groove of the valve sleeve is turned and ground,and the comparison analysis of turning and grinding process shows that when the ring groove is turned by CBN insert,the surface roughness can reach Ra1.6μm and the efficiency is higher than that of grinding.
