“减油增化”背景下,芳烃产业链技术路径发展探析 被引量:1

摘要 在能源转型和能源革命形势下,“减油增化”对传统芳烃产业链将产生深远影响。随着市场供需逐渐趋于平衡,产业结构单一、应用领域受限等矛盾将开始凸显,产品的附加值和利润率也将会进一步降低,因此加快调整芳烃的产品结构及优化资源配置至关重要。结合技术发展趋势和市场变化形势提出了特色芳烃产业链发展方向,开发芳烃全碳链灵活转化技术,通过甲苯高效制苯、混芳转化、多环芳烃转化技术,实现重整芳烃最大化生产苯,在对二甲苯—差异化聚酯和苯—高端聚酰胺2个方向对现有芳烃产业链进行补链、扩链,开创了一条符合中国国情的新型芳烃产业链技术路径。 Under the energy transition and energy revolution,maximizing chemicals output will have an important influence on the traditional aromatics chain.As the market supply and demand gradually become balanced,the problems such as single product structure and limited application fields in traditional aromatics chain will become prominent,leading to lower added value and profitability.Therefore,it is important to accelerate the adjustment of product structure of aromatics and optimize aromatics utilization.Based on the change of technology and market,this paper proposed a special direction of aromatics chain development,and developed a flexible conversion technology of aromatics with different carbon numbers.With the high efficient conversion technologies for toluene to benzene,mixed aromatics and polycyclic aromatics,maximizing benzene output from reformed aromatics was achieved.The existing aromatics chain was supplemented and extended in two directions of xylene to differentiated polyester and benzene to high-end polyamide,thus creating a new technical path of aromatics chain in line with the conditions in China.
