美国页岩油气产业现状及工程技术演进趋势 被引量:2

The Industry Status and Engineering Technologies Evolution Trend of Shale Oil and Gas in the United States

摘要 近年来,美国页岩油气工程技术创新呈现出由“体力”阶段向“脑力”和“智能”阶段演进的新趋势,值得我国学习借鉴。文章介绍了美国页岩油气产业现状和工程技术演进趋势,分析了各阶段的关键技术,包括长水平段水平井钻井技术、高密度压裂技术、物探-地质-工程一体化技术、大数据分析技术、自动化钻井技术、人工智能钻完井技术等。结合我国页岩油气经济高效开发面临的挑战,提出了页岩油气工程科技攻关和技术发展建议,对保障国家能源安全具有重要意义。 In recent years,the engineering technological innovation of shale oil and gas in the US has shown some new trends,and is evolving from the"physical stage"to the"brain and intelligent stage",which is worth learning from China.The paper introduces the status of shale oil and gas industry in the US,expounds the evolution trend of shale oil and gas engineering technology,and analyzes the key technologies in each stage,including longer laterals drilling,high-density hydraulic fracturing,geophysics-geology-engineering integration,big data analysis,automatic drilling technology and artificial intelligence drilling and completion technology,etc.In combination with the challenges faced by the economic and efficient development of shale oil and gas in China,the paper puts forward suggestions for tackling key scientific and technological problems and technical development.To study these key technical directions and form engineering technologies suitable for shale oil and gas reservoirs in China as soon as possible,which is of great significance for the economic and efficient development of shale oil and gas and the protection of national energy security.
