摘要 基于易派客工业品电子商务平台产品质量评价标准体系的广泛应用,提出产品量化分级理念,分析了影响工业品质量的两个因素:生产保障能力和产品实物性能。在工业品电商领域首次实现将产品质量评价由定性转为定量,不仅能精准地反映产品质量,还能考察产品质量的稳定性,同时采用企业用户更为关心的性能作为评价指标,能够直观反映产品性能的检测技术和方法,具有一定理论价值和实践意义。分级评价体系将遵照经济适用原则,推进国际标准间互认互用,促进评价成果转化应用。 Based on the widespread application of the quality evaluation standard system for products on the EPEC industrial E-commerce platform,this paper proposes the concept of product quantification grading model and analyzes two factors that influence the quality of industrial products which are production assurance capabilities and the physical performance of the products.This is the first time that product quality evaluation is quantified in industrial E-commerce,which can accurately reflect product quality and assess the stability of product quality.Simultaneously,it adopts performance indicators that are more relevant to enterprise users and utilizes more intuitive detection technologies and methods to reflect product performance,providing both theoretical value and practical significance.The grading evaluation system will follow the principle of economical applicability and continuously promote mutual recognition and use among international standards,to promote the application of evaluation results.
