摘要
传统的离心泵评价体系以供货商的商务报价为基准,虽然项目的初始投资降至较低水平,但因为忽略项目后期的运营成本,无法完全反映项目建设方在整个机组预期使用寿命期间的全部投入成本。为此,依托沙特阿美某管线升级改造项目中的离心泵评价体系,对基于全生命周期成本(LCC)的离心泵评价策略进行研究,并探讨其合理性,以此引导供货商由单一的降低成本向提高机组综合能效的技术方向发展,提升离心泵运营的经济性。
The traditional centrifugal pump evaluation system is based on the vendor's commercial quotation,Although it makes the initial investment of the project reduced to a low level,it cannot fully reflect the total input cost during the excepted life cycle of the entire unit because of ignoring the operating costs in the later stage of the project.To this end,relying on the centrifugal pump evaluation system in a Saudi Aramco pipeline upgrade project,this paper discussed the evaluation strategy of centrifugal pumps based on life cycle cost(LCC),aiming to guide the vendor to develop from a single cost reduction to a technical direction of improving the overall energy efficiency of the unit,to improve the economic efficiency of centrifugal pump operation.
