东北地区科技创新对经济增长的影响——兼与长三角和珠三角比较 被引量:1

The Influence of Scientific and Technological Innovation on Economic Growth in Northeast China-Comparison with Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta

摘要 基于东北地区、长三角地区和珠三角地区各省市2011—2020年的面板数据,构建科技创新能力指标体系,并利用熵值法计算综合得分,对不同地区科技创新能力对经济增长的影响进行实证分析。研究发现:得益于较高的科技成果转化能力,黑龙江省的综合能力远高于吉林、辽宁;科技创新能够有效促进经济增长,并且存在显著的区域差异性:长三角>珠三角>东北地区;丰富的劳动力资源和高素质劳动力,为科技创新发挥对经济增长的推动作用提供了坚实保障。东北地区要实现经济快速增长,应推进科技创新成果的有效转化,实现创新协同发展,培育并吸引人才。 Based on the panel data of all provinces and cities in Northeast China,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs an index system of scientific and technological innovation capability,and calculates the comprehensive score by entropy method to empirically analyze the impact of scientific and technological innovation capability on economic growth in different regions.The result shows that the comprehensive capacity of Heilongjiang Province is much higher than that of Jilin and Liaoning thanks to the high transformation capacity of scientific and technological achievements.It also shows that scientific and technological innovation can effectively promote economic growth,and there are significant regional differences,namely,Yangtze River Delta ranks the first,then Pearl River Delta,and Northeast China ranks last.Meanwhile,abundant labor resources and high-quality labor force provide a solid guarantee for scientific and technological innovation to play its role in promoting economic growth.Northeast China should promote the effective transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements,realize the coordinated development of innovation,and cultivate and attract talents to achieve rapid economic growth.
