河南省乡村振兴协调发展的空间格局及影响因素

Spatial Pattern and Factors of Coordinated Development of Rural Revitalization in Henan Province

以河南省为例,运用耦合协调模型对河南省乡村振兴耦合协调发展水平进行定量测度,运用地理探测器、回归模型等分析乡村振兴协调发展水平的影响因素。结果发现:河南省乡村振兴5个维度发展不均衡,且空间分异明显;河南省乡村振兴耦合发展指数较高,协调发展指数较低且空间分异明显,呈现出由西北到东南递减的阶梯状差异态势;经济发展基础和农村人力资源是影响河南省乡村振兴协调发展指数空间分异的主要因素,且各因素的交互作用显著;经济发展基础、农村人力资源和农村投资消费对乡村振兴协调发展呈正向影响,农业自然条件对乡村振兴协调发展呈负面影响,农业自然条件对乡村振兴战略实施的限制作用较小。在推进乡村振兴战略实施的过程中,应注重发挥各个地方的地域特色和资源优势,重点关注经济发展支持、农民素质提升和农村产业发展等关键问题。

Taking Henan Province as an example,this research used the coupling coordination model to quantitatively measure the coupling and coordinated development level of rural revitalization,and analyzed the influencing factors by using geographical detectors and regression models.The results show that the development of the five dimensions of rural revitalization is uneven,and the spatial differentiation is obvious;the coupling development index of rural revitalization is high,but the coordinated development index is low and the spatial distribution is obvious,showing a stepwise difference from northwest to southeast.The economic development foundation and rural human resources are the main factors affecting the spatial differentiation of the coordinated development index of rural revitalization,and the interaction of various factors is significant.The foundations of economic development,rural human resources and rural investment and consumption have a positive impact on the coordinated development of rural revitalization.The natural conditions of agriculture have a negative impact on the coordinated development of rural revitalization,and these conditions also have little effect on the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is suggested that in the process of promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Henan should pay attention to the regional characteristics and local resource advantages,and focus on key issues such as economic development support,farmers’quality improvement,and rural industrial development.
