摘要
后疫情时代,影视艺术产业出现诸多现象级波动,可以称之为“超常”律动。这种“超常”律动与产业人才流入与流出的深层动因和影视艺术产业人才从业心态密切相关。调研发现,影视艺术从业人才的岗位与专业相关度不强,他们的职业前景期望值有待提升,人才进出业界的动因与多种因素有关,不同职种从业人才的工作满意度存在差异。要想推动影视艺术产业平稳发展、行稳致远,影视公司要致力于改善保健因素与激励因素,重视改善不同产业人才关注的要素指标;决策层、管理者与从业者需携手应对挑战。
In the post-pandemic era,the film and television art industry has seen numerous remarkable fluctuations,which can be called“extraordinary”oscillations.These“extraordinary”oscillations are closely related to the deeprooted reasons for the inflow and outflow of industry talent and the mentality of film and television art industry professionals.Studies have shown that there is a weak correlation between the positions and expertise of film and television arts professionals,there is room for improvement in their career expectations,the motivations for talent entering and leaving the industry are associated with various factors,and there are differences in job satisfaction among workers in different roles.To promote the steady development and long-term stability of the film and television art industry,companies should focus on enhancing hygiene factors and motivation factors,while also addressing the concerns of talents in different sectors by improving relevant indicators;decision-makers,managers,and practitioners must work together to tackle challenges.
