摘要
针对纸板方格蔟和木板方格蔟不易消毒、破损率高、翻蔟费力等问题,研制了一种具有自动平衡和自动翻转功能的塑料方格蔟。方格蔟主体由聚丙烯树脂材料热塑一体成型,结构强度远远高于木板方格蔟;方格蔟中心位置设有旋转和弹性定位结构,旋转轴与方格蔟主体构成滑动旋转,利用熟蚕向上爬行的习性,产生重力偏转驱动方格蔟自动翻转;旋转轴略微偏离方格蔟重心,使蔟片自动保持平衡状态,避免上蔟时对熟蚕的机械损伤;弹性定位装置方便蔟片组装,并能在串蔟钢管上任意定位。该蔟具采用塑料和橡胶材料,坚固耐用、不易腐蚀,消毒彻底等优点突出,适用于多种上蔟场合和机械采茧,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of difficult disinfection,high damage rate and difficult turning of cardboard and wood grid cocooning frame,a kind of plastic grid with self-balancing and self-turning functions was developed.The main body of the chequered straw was formed by PP and the structural strength was much higher than that of the wooden chequered straw.The center of the field is equipped with a rotating and elastic positioning mechanism.The rotating axis and the main body of the field are formed to form a sliding rotation,and gravity deflection can be used to drive the field to turn automatically.The rotating axis is slightly away from the center of gravity of the grid frame,which makes the frame keep balanced automatically and avoids mechanical damage to the ripe silkworm.The elastic positioning device is convenient for assembling the cluster and can be located arbitrarily on the steel pipe.This plastic and rubber material has the advantages of strong and durable,corrosion resistance and thorough disinfection.It is suitable for a variety of mounting conditions and mechanical cocooning.It has good value of popularization and application.
