摘要
为了在发生突发公共卫生事件时提高江苏邮政寄递系统的应急救援效率,在分析邮政系统物资配送和公共卫生事件救援特点基础上,提出由拥挤程度、经停的邮政支局所数量、行驶时间、卡口数量、行驶距离和应急物资需求紧迫度等影响因素构成的路径评价指标体系。然后利用层次分析法和灰色系统理论构建了路径选择的灰色评价模型。最后通过对算例的计算求解进一步验证模型效果。
In order to improve the emergency rescue efficiency of Jiangsu post delivery system in the event of public health emergencies,based on the analysis of the characteristics of material distribution and public health event rescue in the postal system,a path evaluation index system is proposed,which is composed of factors such as the degree of congestion,the number of stopped postal branch offices,driving time,the number of checkpoints,driving distance and the urgency of emergency material demand.Then the grey evaluation model of path selection is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process and the grey system theory.Finally,the effect of the model is further verified through the calculation of an example.
