Research on Collaborative Development Evaluation and Global Strategy of Cross-border E-commerce and Cross-border Logistics under the New Development Pattern

“双循环”新发展格局下,面对复杂多变的全球市场,我国跨境电商逆势发展,焕发出勃勃生机,而跨境电商发展的关键在于跨境物流。因此,文章从跨境电商与跨境物流相关理论探讨入手,分别设计我国跨境电商和跨境物流发展评价指标体系,利用灰色关联分析法计算两者的关联度,据此展开全方位的分析评价,最后在此基础上,设计新发展格局下我国跨境电商与跨境物流协同发展、开拓全球市场的七大对策。

Under the new development pattern of"dual circulation",in the face of the complex and volatile global market,China's cross-border e-commerce is developing against the trend and is full of vitality.The key to the development of cross-border e-commerce is cross-border logistics.Therefore,this paper starts from the discussion of the theories related to cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,designs the evaluation index system of China's cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics development respectively,calculates the correlation degree between the two by using the gray correlation analysis method,and then carries out an all-round analysis and evaluation.Finally,on this basis,it designs seven countermeasures for the collaborative development and the global market exploration of China's cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics under the new development pattern.
