双循环新发展格局下江苏推进物流业数字化转型关键举措研究

Research on Key Measures to Promote the Digital Transformation of Jiangsu's Logistics Industry under the New Development Pattern of Double Circulation

物流业数字化转型对于物流行业降本增效,提高服务水平,助力实体经济转型升级都有重要意义,在分析双循环新发展格局对物流业数字化转型新要求基础上,基于行业环境、企业状况、技术因素和制度因素四方维度调查研究了江苏物流业数字化转型的现状,在此基础上从重点工程实施、现代物流体系构建、价值链提升、分类诊断服务、技术要素支持提出了五方面主要举措。

The digital transformation of the logistics industry is of great significance for the logistics industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency,improve service levels,and help the transformation and upgrading of the real economy,on the basis of analyzing the new requirements of the double cycle new development pattern for the digital transformation of the logistics industry.Based on the four dimensions of industry environment,enterprise status,technical factors and institutional factors,the current situation of digital transformation of Jiangsu logistics industry is investigated.Put forward five main measures from the implementation of key projects,the construction of modern logistics system,the promotion of value chain,classified diagnosis services,and the support of technical elements.
