我国冷链物流发展现状与趋势研究

Research on the Current Situation and Trend of the Cold Chain Logistics Development in Our Country

文章首先介绍了我国冷链物流的发展背景,再从需求角度重点分析了生鲜农产品、奶制品和药品三大类货物冷链物流的必要性。之后阐明了冷链物流与普通物流的区别与联系,并就冷藏保鲜技术研究、冷库三级节点建设、冷藏车投入与使用、冷藏包装技术四个建设要点分别予以论述,最后对我国冷链物流行业发展进行展望。

This paper first introduced the development background of cold chain logistics in our country,and then analyzed the necessity of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,dairy products and pharmaceuticals.Then the difference and relation between cold-chain logistics and general logistics are clarified,it also discusses the four key construction points of the technology of cold storage and fresh-keeping,the construction of the three-level nodes of the cold storage,the putting into use of the cold storage vehicle,and the technology of cold storage packaging.
