物流管理类虚拟仿真实验教学:新文科建设下的“双层教学”模式改革与创新

摘要 通过分析新文科建设背景下物流业及物流管理专业人才培养现状,提出在物流人才培养模式上实施“日常仿真实验的游戏化教学”与“以赛促学、以赛促教”的双层项目驱动的教学模式,从而实现物流管理专业人才职业能力全面提升,增强物流管理高素质人才的核心竞争力,以期为我国高校物流管理专业教育改革发展提供借鉴。 Through analyzing the current situation of logistics industry and talent cultivation of logistics management under the background of new liberal arts construction,we propose to implement the double-layer project-driven teaching mode of"gamification teaching of daily simulation experiment"and"promoting learning and teaching by competition"in logistics talent cultivation mode,so as to realize the overall improvement of professional ability of logistics management professionals and enhance the core competitiveness of high-quality talents in logistics management,in order to provide reference for the reform and development of logistics management education in Chinese universities.
